Juju was created in 2009 by two friends in the small town of Big Sky, Montana.  They originally endeavored to make the perfect hat to wear under a ski helmet.  Dining room tables were cleared, dust was blown off sewing machines that had been abandoned in attics, hours of research was done to find the perfect, moisture-wicking fabric, and finally, the Juju Hat was born.
The hats were a success and spring was around the corner.  The ladies decided they wanted to make handmade skirts.  While making prototypes a little more fabric was needed, and that is when the first t-shirt was recycled.  The idea grew and became the center of Juju: greener, local, and unique.
Now Juju Gear is made entirely out of recycled fabric, thread, and the love of local artists.  New styles and products like the Juju Shorts let everyone enjoy some Juju.
